Unable to connect database via Sparx Cloud Service

Hi Everyone,

I have successfully installed and configured the sparx cloud service with a model in my own pc. But when I try to connect via Cloud Service in EA I get the next error.

I've checked the ports,  the connection to the database, the configuration in the admin client (checking accept query option) and everything is working fine, I don't know what else could be the problem.

When the server tries to connect to the selected database it is failing.

Try the test connection button when setting up the connection and make sure that if you're using an ODBC connection it's on the system account.

Thanks Simon the problem was the system account in the odbc  , everything is working perfectly now.
