Same diagram always opens when user starts EA

One of our users is experiencing a small problem: each time he starts up EA, the same diagram opens up (and it is also selected in the project browser). It is a diagram he has been working on himself recently.

For one or two days, other users starting EA (we all work in a shared Oracle repository) also saw this diagram appearing. But this seems to have stopped. However with the original user, the problem persists.

Does anyone have an idea what could cause this, and how to deactivate it?

I already checked that there is no "working set" defined that would contain this diagram.

qwerty is correct, but perhaps slightly terse.

What's happened is that someone has made that diagram the "model default" diagram, which simply means "the diagram that's opened when you open the project."

Each user can also set a diagram as the "user default," which only applies to that user.

Unfortunately, there is no way to clear the model/user default diagram other than what qwerty describes: deleting the diagram. In order not to lose any information, create an empty diagram first, make that the default and delete it.

So to avoid a recurrence, explain the difference between the model and user default diagrams to your modellers and, if you're using user security, consider disabling the "manage project settings" permission (which allows setting the model default diagram) for non-admin users.

To be complete, there are two more reasons why some diagrams might open when opening a model

- .eap shortcut file
 When you save an model shortcut file (File|Save as Shortcut..) you can select one or more diagram to be opened.
- Workingsets
A working set is a set of diagrams you define for a specific subject. You can choose "Apply when model opens" in order to open the specified working set when you open the model.
