Generalise & Realise
« on: May 07, 2004, 04:27:23 pm »
Hi All,

I'm having a bit of trouble with the overriding feature in EA.  Basically, if i started out with "interface" A and "class" B where class B implements the A interface.  Now currently if A has any opertation defined, when i create the 'realise' relationship, EA would prompt whether i want to override the defined method - that's ok.  Now if i then add a new operation to A - what do i have to do to make that new operation appears in B ???

Thanks for your patient

Hi wombat,

select class B in the diagramm, then chose "Override Implementation..." Command form the "Element" Menu.
