Oracle database error

we'd been working with .eap file shared in a network, but our models have about 1700 elements and the EAP file became instable.

we've changed to oracle repository, but some problems have been found, as a "ORA-00913: too many values" error, when I try to create a message in a sequence diagram.

we did run the data integrity tool, but it's not solved the problem.

do you have any advice to us ?
