At first, I would like to say, that I am really happy, that we have an ability to show element notes on diagram.
Still, I am curious if you have the same experiences as I do.
Unusually elements notes vary in length. One time note has only 10 characters, other time 300 characters. While showing 300 character note can clutter diagram up, I am always setting maximum display size of notes to 50 character.
What is bothering me is the way, how are longer notes displayed in note compartment. I cannot decide at first glance, whether the note is displayed whole, or just a part(first 50 char).
In the later case, I usually start reading the note, then I stop for i while to think "why this note doesn't make sense". Then I always realize, that the note is cut. So I focus the element and always read again whole note in the noteView panel.
Wouldn't it be better to add 3 dots at the end of note compartment, providing that the note is too long? In this case, I would notice that at first glance and I would directly start reading the note in the noteView panel.
Does anybody have same experiences? Is it worth of a suggestion for improvement?
