Code Generation Locks Up

I am trying to get the hang of using EA, MDG, and Eclipse together. I have build 806 of EA. My model is simple - about 10 classes. I generated code a few times with no problems. Now, when I generate code from my Class Model, the machine runs at 85-100% CPU. I click the Generate button and the dialog does not go away but my CPU usage bumps up. I can close the EA program, but CPU is still in heavy use. If I look in Task Manager, ea.exe is still running and using all the CPU.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
