I need to generate sequence and class diagrams from java source code. Please help me how to achieve it

Code Engineering | Import Source Directory should create class diagrams. I don't know about sequence diagrams.

Be sure you've got your default language set to Java (which I think is the default in EA) before you do the import.

Experiment with the various settings as far as package hierarchies and such are concerned.
