How do I add Shape Script to Connector in profile
« on: October 27, 2009, 04:47:27 pm »
I was able to add a shape script to an element in both Settings | UML.. and within an MDG profile by adding an _image attribute to my stereotype extension of metaclass Component as described in the "Add Shape Scripts" document in the "Create Profiles" section of the "SDK for Enterprise Architect" of the help file.

I was able to add a connector shape script to a stereotype in Settings | UML... no problem.

However, if I add an _image attribute to my stereotype extension of metaclass Dependency and edit the initial value to contain the very same shape script that worked on a stereotype of Dependency within Settings | Uml... it doesn't work.  I've compiled MDG technologies with shape scripts on elements now dozens of time and they all worked.  How do I get the same thing to work with connectors?

Please let me know if this should work as I describe, if there is another way, or if this simply is not supported at this time so I can stop banging my head against a wall trying to figure it out.

Thanks! ;D
