Trial expires today.

Hi,

my trial expires to day (day 29 of 30).
I would like to extend my evaluations. Is it possible to get an other 30 days?

I am still not sure, if EA is the right tool for me. Especially considering the lethargic responses to my post in couple of the forums.

For me as a beginner in EA (not in softwarearchitecture) it is esential to receive good support on my problems!

To get quick answers about your questions I think it would be better to contact Sparx Sales/Support directly  (even if I dunno if they're really quick, rarely needed so far). The user forum is mainly driven by EA users like u & me, that share their knowledge in an altruistic way with their brothers and sisters in ball and chain. Though Sparx employees are also posting here, you shouldn't expect always to get an answer and even less expect to get it fast. We're all doing our best ...

PS.: Feel free to send me a list (to the message box) with specific questions and open points of your evaluation. I'll try to answer these from the background knowledge I've collected working the last 1 1/2 year with EA now.

Sparx support is very responsive and helpful. They can inform of you how to do something, and suggest workarounds when something is not working. They definitely offer great support!
