Splitting a link in activity diagram.
« on: December 03, 2011, 04:25:51 am »
On sparx web I found following diagram.
What are the small "A" boxes? I suppose they represents splitting a link (flow) at one point and its continuation from other. Do the EA "undrerstands" that these two separate lines are one connector? It would be a nice feature, but I can't find out how to do something like that on diagram (no such thing in activity dialog toolbox).
Opinions, help, please?

Thanx, Steeve

Create the link between two elements
Ctrl + Click on the line in two separate places

You should now have two little black squares on the line (each Ctrl + Click creates a black square)

Right click the line between the two black squares and select Suppress Line Segment

There you are ... the name of the link will appear in the connector boxes.

Cheers
