Support for Feature (Variant) Models

As described in e.g. http://www.theoinf.tu-ilmenau.de/~riebisch/publ/idpt2000-paper.pdf, to allow modelling of families of products/systems - also called "variants".

Though the paper above suggests using stereotypes, some kind of tool support allowing direct construction of a system family would be very useful.

Must also have a look at http://shop.store.yahoo.com/softpro/0-201-77595-6.html.

Wonder if Sparx intend to investigate any of this area ?
