As of 6.5 (796) we can export the result of the comparison to an XML file.

The comparison may take a LONGGGG time.  The export is much quicker...  Example statistics:  20Mb Model, Full comparison 2-3 hours.  Export (75Mb): <5 mins.

It would seem a good idea to allow the re-import of the exported comparison so that we didn't have to repeat the comparison again.  I assume import would take longer than export, but not that much longer.

Any chance this might come sometime soon?
