Voting for fixes/enhancements?

Is there any chance of having a system whereby registered users/licensed users can vote for fixes/enhancements?

In that way the most popular ones would get fixed first.

How can you be sure that would happen ? and would it be preferable ?

I think at the moment the ones that have the "best" [Sparx] reasons to get fixed, get fixed.

We had this discussion some 2 years ago with no result. This board is the best we can get. Maybe we should ask the YABB guys to implement a voting mechanism?
