Accomodating Screen Shots
« on: May 24, 2012, 05:45:17 pm »
I am documenting business processes using the BPMN and am using the activity (task) notes properties to store operator instructions.  I would like to supplement the text with screen shots.  Can anyone suggest some tips on the best way to manage screen shots within Sparx please?  Thanks all.

Use "Linked Documents (Alt+D)" for screenshots and/or operator instructions

You can also insert a boundary in a diagram an select an alternate image (context menu appearance).

Just spotted this one - as we have the same request - it would be nice if a graphic could be pasted into the notes field. I note that you can paste it in - and it looks great...Sparx just doesn't save it in the notes ! I appreciate that you could use a linked doc - but we would like to just use the notes field for our operator instructions (for various reasons).

Regards,

Jon.
