v15 – Direction indicator doesn’t respond to location of label

The direction indicator (on the MiddeTopLabel) seems to be anchored to the direction at the centre point (of the central portion) of the line.  If the label is moved, this may render incorrectly.  There is no mechanism to move the indicator to another edge of the label to better indicate the correct rendering.
