Font size huge in Diagram tabs

Hi!
Where does 15.1 take the font size of diagram tabs? It seems to be huge and thus there fits only a few tabs visible on the diagram area. I have not found any place in preferences so I could set it smaller.
The headings in Browser, Toolbox etc. are big as well.

You can change that in Start | View | Visual Style | Main View Tabs use Caption style
