Can't Reload diagrams in docked windows

It appears that the 'Reload <diagram>' options is only available to diagrams in the main window. If I have use docked windows, for example and have 2 diagrams side by side then only the diagram from the original start (i.e. the diagram in the same area as the Start Page) has the reload option in the context menu. It's not just the reload option either, there are none of the window related context menus.

In Version 15.1.1526 I can see the reload options in both Original and docked areas.
