EA v16 doesn't present the Visio import Add-In

I have installed EA 16 and the Visio import add-in. The Visio Importer doesn't show up in the Specialize/Technologies Tab. So I installed EA 15.2 and it shows up there. Does EA v16 NOT support the Visio Importer??? I don't want to have to buy the Microsoft Add-In just to use the importer.

The standalone Visio importer hasn't been updated since it was included in MDG Integration for Microsoft Office. As far as I'm aware all future development from that point was only within MDG Integration for Microsoft Office. That includes 64 bit compatibility.

What is the last version of EA with which this solution work with ? Is Possible to update documentation this way?
