diagram page size
« on: May 10, 2008, 06:12:10 pm »
Hello,

I am new to EA and was searching the help to find out how to set the diagram page size to an arbitrary value, e.g. not a paper page size. I did not find an answer to that.

For example if you create a diagram for being used online via a browser the page size does not matter and therefore I would like to be able to create arbitrarily big diagrams.

Is this possible? And how?

Thanks,

Eve

EA doesn't restrict a diagram to the page size, so I probably wouldn't worry about changing it.  I'd just disable the 'Show Page Border' in the diagram properties.

And be very vigilant when changing printer settings (including default printers for Windows or EA). My experience - somewhat dated but at least into the 7.0 beta period - suggests that EA might 'remap' pagination when these settings change, perhaps next time you open any EA dialog related to printing.
No, you can't have it!
