Replication problems

Hi,
I am using build 834.
I have created a design master and subsequently created a replica. This replica was stored on a usb key.
The modifications to the replica were syncronised successfully. I continued to work on the replica thinking that I could re-sync again.
However, having saved my work to the replica, the following day I get this error when opening the replica...

DAO.Database [3078]
The microsoft jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'usys_system'. Make sure it exists and the its name is spelled correctly.

I need to sync this work, asap. Can anybody shed and light on this?
