Deployment of Sparx 7.1 on Citrix MPS 4.5 trouble.

Hi There,

In an effort to use Sparx more widely on our corporate network, I am trying to have Sparx 7.1 (with Add on software) Loaded to our citrix environment.
In attempting to deploy Sparx, the install file is run on our Citrix development server the first prior to proving and deploying on our production environment.   When the Sparx EA install is run it seems to stall, with a prompt on the server indicating that the "microsoft visual c++ runtime library" is running (visible on the task bar, but the window which should appear is not displayed correctly, almost as if the application has hung).  The install will stay at this point until manual intervention cancels it.

There is nothing displayed in the event logs indicating an error.

Can anyone out there who has had success with installing Sparx on Citrix make contact via a post please.   I am keen to understnad if Sparx Enterprise Architect 7.1 is compatible with Citrix MPS 4.5, and if there are any dependencies on having  a specific version of microsoft visual c++ runtime library installed prior (if so please advise which release).
