Import schema from Oracle: NUMBER becomes VARCHAR2
« on: January 20, 2010, 01:29:54 am »
When importing a DB schema via ODBC from Oracle, fields with data type NUMBER (without precision) become VARCHAR2(255). However, NUMBER(p,s) (i.e. with explicit precision and scale) are taken over correctly, as well as all other data types used.

Any idea how to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance.

E.A. Version 7.1
Oracle Version 10.2
Driver SQORA32.DLL (Windows Vista Ultimate)
