Bug? Cannot change default author

Hi,
do you know this problem?
I can change the project authors under Settings / People / Project Author(s), but when eg. I add a diagram still an obsolete author is used.
Does anybody know how th change this annoying behaviour of EA?
(I dont want to change the author manually every time a new element is added...)

Hi Simon,

  we surely know that...

But that option doesn't change the bug which is that whenever I add a new diagramm other (!!!) authors are proposed than the one in my project author(s) list. Guess it is somewhere in the registry but cant find it.

Anyone a guess?  :-?

Do you have a templates package?
In that case remove the author from the diagrams in that package.

not exactly, but you are giving the right hint.
I found this: http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/uml_tool_guide/modeling_with_uml/using_element_templates.html

So I simply had to define one model as template model ...

Not so cleverly done in EA (why isnt it possible to set simply the default author in Options ...?), but it woks.

Yes,

There are some options that you can only set using the templates package. Its a bit weird from a user experience point of view, but it works.
