Crash on Documentation Generation

I recently upgraded from 7.1 to 7.5.  I completed an uninstall prior to the installation.  I now can not generate HTML documentation without having a crash occur.  Looking at the event logs i'm seeing the following fault:

'Faulting application ea.exe, version 7.5.0.844, faulting module drawex.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00009e66.'

Has anyone run into this fault before and if so did you find a solution?

Try to modify your Diagram settings.  Go to Tools|Options then under Diagram select Appearance.  Try to change the Renderer and then run the report again.

You can certainly change the renderer, but I believe the problem was fixed, possibly in build 845.
