Inconsistent Alias usage on relations

If the diagram is set to Use Alias if Available and the Tools|Options... [Ctrl+F9]|Behavior Alias Usage is set to: (*) Alias and Name,
Relationships will display ONLY the Alias in the MidTopLabel.

The relationships should display BOTH the Name and the Alias.
