Generating a RTF-Report with UML-diagram

I have choosed "Divide into multiple pages" so that I have a better overview for the big diagram in the report. Problem is that I generate the report and I can only see one page of the diagram. The rest of the diagram is cut and I can't see it. It doesn't divide the diagram.
Do I have to set special properties? Maybe the template used by my company is the problem. But the template from Sparx also isn't working. Does anybody know how to do this?

Can you please send a report to support?  Include a copy of the diagram in question.

I can't see any link like attaching files or browsing files at the bottom. So I can't send the report. Why can't I browse files?
