Reference data
« on: October 06, 2004, 06:52:55 am »
Is there a way of resynchronizing the Reference Data? I mean, I know we can import/export by XML files, but it would be nice to use a feature that automatically synchronizes it when I have teams working in the same project, using differente .eap files...

Won't the replication and synchronization of replicas help?
We are not using this so I am not sure whether the reference data are replicated as well, but it might be worth a try.

Hi,
I just started using replication and I know by shure that each and every data is replicated. I'm using subversion where I keep the master in the repository. Each modeller is working with a local replica. Every now and then the master is updated locally, replications get synchronized and are commited to the repository. Yes - this is not a fully automatically working thingy but it works - and it works well  :)
