word doc (or pdf) generation

Hi

I am just curious whether there is a way (or somebody can point me out on an add-in or a way to write it) to generate a word doc (or a doc in any other industry wide formats) representing some kind of a 'flat' view of an existing model?
Under a 'flat' view I understand something like let's say word document chapter per diagram listing comments for this diagram,
chapter (or a paragraph) per each class with comments for the class and comments per methods/attributes. The same idea would apply to analysis and deployment modles.

EA has an RTF generator built-in.
There are some templates that ship with EA, but you can also write your own.
