Integration between ind ProCloudserver and ServiceNow?

If you had any existing  service now integration configured in your Pro Cloud Server , now you can easily link or connect servicenow data  with current model ( model should be configured in pcs servicenow )


Please refer the below link which demonstrates JIRA Integration with PCS . Similar way you can configure and use servicenow.

To answer your questions

• Yes , you can export ServiceNow items into Sparx EA ( when exporting link between EA item and ServiceNow item will be created )
• If an link is created between ServiceNow and Sparx EA you can update\Sync the data
• But right now You cant create new ServiceNow items from Sparx EA
