Sparx Systems Representative Elected to OMG Architecture Board

New appointment recognizes ongoing commitment to Object Management Group (OMG) initiatives.

Creswick, Australia, December 20, 2010 – Sparx Systems, a leading vendor of modeling tools based on open standards, today announced that Sam Mancarella, the company's Chief Technology Officer, has been elected to the OMG's Architecture Board. The Architecture Board members, announced during OMG's December Technical Meeting, will be responsible for reviewing each new OMG standard before it is adopted.
